5,500 employees in municipalities and school districts throughout
Orange County, New York, who are covered by CSEA. The local
is made up of 28 separate and distinct units, each with it's
own collective bargaining unit (contract), and each with its
own set of unit officers. The Local's Executive Board consists
of the elected officers of the Local and the Presidents of
each unit under the Local's domain.
